When you live, it's not going to be forever. You have to take on many responsibilitys and make choices that could change your life. It even tends to the cost of life and the zeal to survive. But nobody said that living life would be easy. So what is the responsibility? To me, its just going all the way in life and not looking back.
For example, in the Titanic, there are many roles of responbility that people have to take. Especially the captin of the this ship. He had to make sure everyone on board were safe and make it to where they were going. The captin failed to do this responbility and therefore he lost his life. The captin also said things that could have made karma come back. He said that the ship was unsinkable and God could not sink even sink it.
In The Call of the Wild, it is Bucks responbility to make sure that every dog is safe. Since Buck is the leader, the Alpha dog, he takes on a lot of responbility. It's also his responbility to keep John Thorton alive. He owes him his life.
Having responbility is a lot harder than people think. You have to keep up with things that could eventually drive someone crazy because of everything that have to handle. I do not like taking responbility but that's just me. People make choices to reflect that and sometimes it's not good.
